Prior to attending law school, she worked in hospital and medical office settings, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and complex administrative processes.
Throughout her legal career, Kaisa has gained experience in a variety of practice areas, including criminal defense, prosecution, child welfare, and family‑related legal matters. This diverse background provides her with a broad and informed perspective on the challenges faced by children and families navigating the legal system.
Outside of her professional work, Kaisa and her husband are dedicated supporters of animal welfare. They have long enjoyed fostering and transporting rescue dogs, and Kaisa previously served for several years on the board of a local animal‑welfare nonprofit.
