Laura Herrera, M.S., A.B.D.
Laura Herrera serves LOPEZ LAW OFFICE, P.C. in the roles of Office Administrator and Senior Paralegal. Her twenty plus years of paralegal experience, in combination with her education, provides a valuable resource to our practice and our clients.
Laura received her undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice from Indiana University. Laura holds a Masters Degree in Legal Studies from California University of Pennsylvania and is completing her dissertation to earn a Ph.D. in Human Services from Walden University.
In addition to her duties to LOPEZ LAW OFFICE, P.C., Laura is a part-time college professor at two colleges teaching criminal justice and paralegal courses. Laura also frequently writes courses for various colleges and serves on a committee developing curriculum for a paralegal program. Laura frequently serves as a consultant for paralegal programs in the United States with respect to curriculum development.
Laura's passions outside of work are spending time with her Husband and teenage daughters. As a family, they enjoy water-skiing, boating, and swimming. Laura and her family serve as volunteers each year in June for the two-day disabled ski clinic at Morse Reservoir in Cicero, Indiana which is made possible through the Indiana Water Ski Association and the Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital.
